Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across the Sultanate of Oman, including Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, Sur, and other major cities and towns. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly at contact@suqarabian.com.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Muscat): 1–3 business days

  • Other Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days
    Note: Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Muscat: Free delivery on orders over OMR 10. Orders below this amount are charged OMR 2.

  • Outside Muscat: Flat rate of OMR 2 for all orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for an additional fee of OMR 1.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Fridays and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier service issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable delivery partners in Oman such as Aramex, Oman Post, and local couriers, depending on your location and order type.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional charges.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our reach.
