Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Return Window: Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid sales invoice is required for all returns and exchanges. If the invoice is unavailable, order number and contact information used at purchase may be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products that are opened, damaged, or missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Items that are customized, made-to-order, or personal use items (e.g., hygiene products, undergarments).

  • Products with activated software codes or digital content that has been redeemed.

  • Devices with active locks or security features such as iCloud, Find My iPhone, or similar.

  • Items for which VAT has already been claimed or refunded.

  • Large appliances and electronics that have been installed or used, unless found to be defective.

Return conditions by Category

Mobile devices and Electronics

    • The item must be sent back in its original condition, sealed, and unopened.
    • Unless there is a manufacturing flaw, we will deny the refund and send the item back to you if the product has been used, the original box has been opened, or the seal has been broken.
    • If there is a manufacturing problem and the product is not functioning, the original box, instruction manual, and all other accessories must also be returned.

Cosmetics, Health & Beauty

    • Hair and personal care items, vitamins, dietary supplements, and products for sports nutrition cannot be returned.
    • Opened or used beauty (cosmetics, skin care, etc.), scent, and health goods will not be accepted.

Fashion

    • Underwear, lingerie, swimsuits, bras, socks, and tights are examples of clothing that cannot be returned.
    • Clothing items can only be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all of the tags and labels still attached.
    • All footwear, eyewear, watches, bags, and luggage must be returned with all tags still attached to the original packaging.

Home & Kitchen

    • Items such as furniture, major home appliances, and home décor can only be returned if they have not been used, are undamaged, and are still in their original packing.
    • Products for bedding must be returned unwrapped.
    • Unless they are defective, products that have been used, modified, assembled, or installed will not be accepted.

Toys and Games

    • Dress-up outfits are not returnable in toys and games.
    • Used, activated, or missing component toys and games will not be accepted for return.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

If a product is not functioning on delivery:

  1. It must be assessed and verified by an authorized service center.

  2. This verification process may take up to 4 business days.

  3. A replacement will only be issued if the full product package is returned with all original contents. If not, repair under warranty terms will apply.

Refund Process

  • Refunds for card payments will be credited only to the original card used.

  • Payments made with store credits, vouchers, or reward points will be refunded in the same form.

  • Delivery, service, and installation charges are non-refundable once fulfilled.

  • If an entire order is returned due to a defect or issue, the delivery fee will be refunded. Partial returns may not be eligible for delivery refund.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty coverage is provided by the original product supplier or manufacturer.

  • Warranty is valid from the date of purchase, regardless of delivery or installation date.

  • Customers must deactivate any account locks or data security features before submitting a device for service.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Consumables like batteries, cables, printer heads, etc.

    • Damage due to misuse, physical damage, liquid spills, or unauthorized repair.

  • Tampering or opening a product at an unauthorized service center voids the warranty.

Additional Information

  • Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. Issues raised after this may not qualify for return or exchange.

  • Protection plans and extended warranties can be cancelled and refunded only if the associated product is returned during the standard return window.

  • Product details, prices, shipping address, and payment method should be carefully reviewed at checkout to prevent delays or errors.

  • Final decisions on returns, exchanges, or warranty matters will be made by management in accordance with this policy.
